- MCC 4814: Telecommunication Services, including Local and Long Distance Calls, Credit Card Calls, Calls Through Use of Magnetic Stripe Reading Telephones, and Fax Services
- MCC 4829: Money Transfers
A transaction in which funds are delivered or made available to a person or account. These transactions include not face-to-face ones, which are conducted, for example, over the Internet
- MCC 4899: Cable, Satellite, and Other Pay Television/Radio/Streaming Services
- MCC 5172: Petroleum and Petroleum Products (Wholesale Only)
- MCC 5533: Automotive Parts and Accessories Stores
- MCC 5541: Service Stations (with or without ancillary services)
- MCC 5542: Automated Fuel Dispensers
- MCC 5552: Electric Vehicle Charging
- MCC 5944: Watch, Clock, Jewelry, and Silverware Stores Jewelry shops
- MCC 6012: Financial Institutions - Merchandise and Services. Merchants such as banks that process financial transactions and offer services like balance inquiry fees, foreign currency purchases, and travelers checks
- MCC 6051: Quasi-cash - Non-financial institutions
Purchase of checks, foreign currencies, e-wallets top-ups, merchant accounts, and other quasi-cash transactions at non-financial institutions
- MCC 6211: Brokerage services in the stock market
Merchants that buy and sell stocks, bonds, commodities, and funds
- MCC 6540: Account funding, stored value card purchase, prepaid load (non-financial institution)
- MCC 7273: Dating services
Merchants providing dating and escort services, including ones through computers, personal videos, and dating services
- MCC 7297: Massage parlors
Therapeutic rooms offering massage services including individualized treatments such as facials and aroma-therapy
- MCC 7800: State lotteries
Government agencies that operate lotteries and sell lottery tickets or stock online, or in the office directly, or through designated agents
- MCC 7801: Internet Gambling
Merchants licensed under applicable law or regulation to operate as Internet gambling system or platform that accepts the placement of bets
- MCC 7802: Horse/dog racing
Merchants licensed under applicable law or regulation to conduct horses or dogs racing or pari-mutuel or both
- MCC 7994: Video Game Arcades and Entertainment Centers
- MCC 7995: Gambling
Any transaction, other than an ATM transaction, involving placing of a bet, purchase of a lottery ticket, distribution of bets, in-flight commercial gaming, or purchase of chips or other value used for gambling in conjunction with gaming activities provided by betting facilities such as casinos, racetracks, card parlors, airlines, etc
- MCC 8398: Charitable and Social Service Organizations

In the case of a violation, a penalty amounting to 30% of the transaction value will be deducted from the account or card balance, leading to the deactivation of the account. Please be aware that this penalty is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to impose restrictions on merchants based on past incidents of misuse or abuse.

Kindly be advised that certain usage restrictions apply to our virtual card services:

Transaction Attempts Exceeding Available Balance: Any act of attempting transactions significantly exceeding the available balance (more than 40%), utilizing merchant accounts to artificially reduce chargeback ratios, or engaging in micro-transactions is strictly forbidden. Violations of these restrictions will lead to card block and account deactivation.

Use of Advertisement-Specific Cards: Specific restrictions apply to advertisement-specific cards such as Facebook cards. Any misuse for transactions beyond Facebook/Meta services or designated advertising MCC codes will incur a penalty of 30% of the transaction value, deducted directly from the account or card balance.

Policy on Transaction Reversals and Associated Penalties: If the volume of reversal transactions or refunds surpasses 30% of the total transaction amount, a penalty amounting to 30% of the transaction value will be imposed. In cases where the percentage of reversed transactions in your account exceeds 50%, your account will be permanently closed, and any remaining funds will be forfeited.

Every penalty imposed is subject to a minimum amount of $5.

Holding Funds on Deactivated Cards: It is imperative to ensure funds are not held on deactivated cards for more than 30 days. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the forfeiture of funds.

Refund Policy for Deactivated Virtual Cards: Please note that virtual cards which have remained inactive for more than six months are ineligible for refunds on any prior transactions.

Chargebacks: Chargeback requests for transactions conducted using the platform's virtual cards cannot be processed.

Compliance Requirements: Adherence to payment system regulations and Click Cards's own policies is mandatory. Non-compliance will result in immediate account deactivation.

In-platform transactions: All transactions between users are final and cannot be reversed. Please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with a transfer.

Virtual Debit Card Usage Scope: Our Virtual Debit Card solution is intended solely for direct merchant transactions and not for person-to-person (P2P) exchanges or incoming funds. Any inappropriate incoming transactions will be declined and may result in the permanent loss of funds. Users are advised to adhere strictly to the intended scope of usage to avoid issues.

Unauthorized Resale of Cards: Unauthorized resale of our cards is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this policy will lead to immediate account deactivation and suspension of remaining funds, with actions taken being final and non-disputable.

Postal and Delivery Services Payments: Utilizing virtual cards for transactions related to postal and delivery services is expressly prohibited.

Purchase of Gift Cards: The acquisition of gift cards using virtual cards is strictly forbidden and will lead to account deactivation.

Merchant Twitter/X Usage: The use of Merchant Twitter or X is strictly prohibited without prior approval from the support team. Unauthorized usage may lead to penalties or service restrictions.

Telecommunications: Transactions involving VoIP communication systems, mobile communication and remote management software are strictly prohibited.
